is looking for a professional, technically qualified, well organized individual
with superior leadership skills. We currently have an immediate opening
for a skilled professional in the role of Area Supervisor overseeing
residential oil burner and air conditioning installation technicians. Equipment types
generally included are the replacement of furnaces, boilers, air conditioning,
heat pumps, oil tanks and ancillary equipment. The successful candidate will be
capable of passing license
exams for master heating and air conditioning mechanic at both the State and
local level, and obtaining underground storage system installation certificate
from the Maryland Department of the Environment. Supervisory experience is preferred.

and tank business at two wholly owned subsidiaries; Southern Maryland Oil and Delmarva Oil,
Inc.
As
ESID Director you will be tasked with the continuation of the exceptional
service, solid value and reliability our 36,000 customers have come to expect.
The incumbent is also responsible for the maintenance and first class
appearance of company assets including service vehicles, tools, office areas
and facility yards. In addition, the
ESID Director must ensure employee safety and reduce/eliminate environmental
incidents and damage claims. The
incumbent is also responsible for choosing vendor partners for parts/equipment
which enhance the value added image of Southern Maryland Oil and Delmarva Oil.
To
assist you in accomplishing your goals you will lead a team of over 90 skilled,
service and installation technicians, parts specialists and equipment sales
people.
The successful candidate will possess a Masters HVAC
license a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the industry.

HVAC INSTALLATION/ SERVICE TECHS

Technicians. Candidates must have experience installing HVAC equipment and a
Maryland State Journeyman’s license is preferred. A desire to provide excellent
customer service is required. The successful candidate will work in the Easton
or Salisbury area.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR
The successful candidate will have two years experience in
commercial facility construction/maintenance.Experience in petroleum industry
environmental compliance practices (specifically in UST systems) and a Maryland
State UST’s installer’s license are preferred. The position is accountable for
the effective management of all Wills Group physical facilities. This includes
corporate compliance, maintenance, and equipment procurement. The compliance
function will be to ensure that all regulations and laws pertaining to
petroleum systems owned by the company are adhered to. The maintenance function
will be to ensure that all maintenance work needed for the operation of the
company’s physical facilities is completed as necessary. The equipment
procurement function is to purchase equipment for all company facilities. An
engineering degree is preferred; exposure to course work leading to a four-year
degree is required. The successful candidate will work out of our plant
facility in La Plata Maryland.
RETAIL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER
The Wills Group is seeking a Retail Construction Project
Engineer to join our Real Estate Development team. The successful candidate in
this position will report to the Manager of Engineering and Environmental
Services. The candidate will be responsible for multi-site construction
projects for both new stores and remodels. We are looking for someone with
architectural design, construction technology, and retail facility/construction
supervision experience. Responsibilities will include “group up” commercial
development, construction project management, and civil engineering. An
undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management,
Architecture, Engineering, or related field is required. This is an excellent
opportunity for a RECENT GRADUATE and/or someone with 2 – 3 years relevant
experience. The candidate should have excellent analytical, interpersonal,
organizational, written and verbal communication skills. The successful
candidate will work out of our plant facility in La Plata Maryland.
